The Logistic Center in Bratislava – Rača is situated in the borough of Bratislava that is connected to the D1 motorway network (Bratislava, Vienna, Budapest and Brno) and which lies in the close vicinity of Bratislava’s M. R. Štefánik Airport. The Logistic Center offers storage facilities, areas for light production, distribution, office premises and moreover also has its own railway branch line. The entire area underwent extensive revitalization, divided into three stages. The first stage included overall reconstruction of the former factory with an area of 26,000 m2. Logistic halls with an area of approximately 40,000 m2 were completed during the second stage. The third stage amounting to a further to 3,300 m2 was completed in 2007.
