The complex of buildings of the Bratislava Business Center I to IV is situated on Prievozská Street, in a locality currently forming part of a dynamically developing, administrative and business area, also known as the Central Business District. With a total leasable area exceeding 33,000 m2, the BBC project became the first significant development project in Slovakia. The standard of office premises of that time, as well as the overall architectural concept, followed the standards for this type of project in the real-estate market. The BBC also stands out with its excellent locality and accessibility, which has made it very attractive for large multinational companies.
The historically first institutional investment in Slovakia was made by the sale of the first two BBC buildings to CA Immobilien AG from Austria. The remaining two buildings currently belong to the portfolio of a closed-end investment fund – Heitman Central Europe Property Partners II.
