Oranizational change with the guarantee of continuity
HB Reavis Group has entered the New Year with a new chief executive.

Bratislava, January 27, 2010 – HB Reavis Slovakia, Slovak development leader, announced the appointment of Ing. Slavomír Jankovič, (50) a chairman of the company´s Board of Directors. Slavomír Jankovič has worked with the company since 2006 as a director of development. As the former CEO of Shell Slovakia he managed to significantly increase the company´s share in the Slovak fuel market due to the introduction of new products, such as V Power, V Power Racing, SMART loyalty programme, or acquisitions of rival network. He also worked as a Vice-president for retail of MOL in Budapest. As a chairman of the Board of Directors he will succeed Ivan Valent who has held the position since 2004.

“I accepted the offer of other partners to lead the company in this period mainly with the sense of heavy responsibility. Real estate business is going through a difficult period, and therefore my predecessor is a tough act to follow. It is a great challenge to me to maintain the continual development of the company,” stated Slavomír Jankovič, newly appointed chief executive of HB Reavis Slovakia.

HB Reavis currently implements several significant real estate projects. For instance, Aupark Piešťany is close on the completion, and the first visitors will enter its premises in the spring. Aupark Žilina will be completed in the autumn, and on 14 January the developer started the construction of Aupark in the metropolis of Eastern Slovakia. Aupark in Košice will be built on the Liberators´ Square. With its three floors and total leasable area of 34,000 square metres, Aupark Košice will offer its visitors 161 operation units providing a wide range of goods and services. As part of the construction, the investor will also build, at its own costs, a modern four-way road that will be handed over to the ownership and administration of the town of Košice.
