Bratislava/Warszawa, 09.06.2011 –HB Reavis’s plans for its premier Warsaw development and construction schedule was unveiled today at the press conference held in Pure Sky Club.

‘We are excited to be moving ahead with this important project,” says Stanislav Frnka, Country Manager of HB Reavis in Poland. “This is the first step towards developing a stronger HB Reavis presence in Warsaw and Poland, not only in office, but also in retail sectors.’

Topping out at 48,000 square meters KBC is scheduled for completion in April 2012 and delivery of the building is planned at the end of 2012. The construction works of the Building, designed by the renowned architects Epstein, have been underway since March this year.

The Building is very conveniently located in the Mokotów Business District at Konstruktorska street and its future occupiers will benefit from close proximity to Galeria Mokotów and excellent public transportation network (trams, busses, trains, shuttle bus to the subway). The Building will offer A class office and retail space and a friendly working environment. KBC is already undergoing environmental certification process to receive a BREEAM certificate. Additionally the building will be supplied only with green energy from renewable sources and it will be equipped with over 30 charging stations for the electric cars.

The project will have 7 overground floors, together with 2 underground levels accommodating 1,070 parking spaces. With the typical floor size exceeding 7,300 sq m it will be the biggest office floorplate available on the market in Poland.

The business space will be complimented by high quality amenities such as full-service café, on-site corporate catering, restaurant, bank, coffee shop and a fitness club. The project will also have an interior patio with gardens and outdoor seating areas.
