HB Reavis together with the municipality of Košice were the only representatives of Slovakia at the Expo Real Fair 2009
After being awarded the Best Developer in Slovakia by Euromoney HB Reavis also received the award of the Mayor of Bratislava in the competition “Building of the year 2009”.
Bratislava, 12 October 2009 – 1,580 companies from thirty four countries had their exhibition at the largest autumn real estate fair, EXPO REAL 2009 in Munich, one of the most important events focusing on real estate in Europe. This year Slovakia was represented by two entities only – HB Reavis Slovakia, developer, and the municipality of Košice. “By its participation HB Reavis Slovakia confirmed its leading position on the Slovak developers market. At our display stand with an area of more than 60 m2 besides our last completed project Apollo Business Center II, we presented also projects of Žilina and Piešťany Aupark under construction, as well as Košice and Hradec Králové shopping and entertainment centers, the construction of which is going to be launched soon,” says Roman Karabelli, the press spokesman of HB Reavis Slovakia. Continuing significant results achieved by HB Reavis in the field of development are also demonstrated by the award, which it received these days at the 15th yearly of the national public competition BUILDING OF THE YEAR 2009. The award of the Mayor of the Capital City of SR Bratislava, Andrej Ďurkovsky went to the Apollo Business Center II project. Together with the initial project phase, Apollo Business Center I, it is the largest ever office building complex in Central Europe with nearly 126,000 meters of area available for rent with the highest office standard A. “The award from the Mayor of the Capital City is a significant award for us. However, it is more about a commitment for the future. A commitment to bring not only functional and commercially successful, but also city creating and sustainable projects,” Karabelli added.
