HB Reavis Group heading for Trnava
Logistic centre amounting to 4 billion Slovak Crowns to be built in the French car manufacturer’s neighbourhood
The largest Slovak developer HB Reavis Group is investing 4 billion Slovak Crowns in Trnava. The Group will build a logistics-industrial centre in the close proximity to the French PSA car manufacturer’s plant on an area of 60 hectares. The territorial plan suggests with light industry and logistics in this locality. The concept of HB Reavis Group follows exactly this spirit. The gross lettable area of the logistics centre represents 240 thousand square meters.
The construction should start as early as this year, currently the project is expecting the issuance of the territorial decision. There are no specific tenants for this project yet. “We are negotiating with several potential clients, the interest in more than a half of the planned area in the phase before issuance of the territorial resolution is an excellent sign,” specifies the marketing manager of HB Reavis Group Miro Sedlák. The investors set their viewfinder on the project mainly due to its strategic location with excellent traffic connection.
At variance with the previous projects, the space in Trnava is not built speculatively. “The construction pace will adapt to the demand”, explains M. Sedlák. The logistics centre in Trnava is the Bratislava’s developer’s fourth industrial projects. The premiere took place on the project in Rača, this year the grounds of the industrial project in Svätý Jur pri Bratislave will be finished. As of year 2005 HB Reavis Group is also the developer of the technological park Eurovalley in Záhorie.
