Technical paper ASB, monthly periodical of architecture, building industry and business, in co-operation with Trend weekly prepared already the third year of ASB GALA night yesterday, a prestigious event, at which prominent personalities participate regularly from the world of architecture, building industry and development. At this occasion, the organizers granted awards in three categories: ASB Personality of Architecture and Building Industry 2009, ASB Building Company of 2009 and ASB Developer of 2009. HB Reavis Group won the first price in the Developer of the Year category. Thus, it defended its first place from the last year.

“The fact itself, that we have won the award ASB Developer of the Year for the second time in sequence, is for us not only an honour, but also a commitment. It commits us to hard work, fast implementation of down-to-earth and high-quality projects, which the market will demand, simply so that we are able to keep the set standard also in the future period. Our thanks belong not only to the jury consisting of experts, but also to our colleagues, investing banks, architects and building contractors, without which implementation of our goals would not be possible,” responded to the acquired award Mr. Ivan Valent, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.

The company HB Reavis Slovakia has operated on Slovak real estate market since 1993. In 2007, the company opened its offices in the Czech Republic and Hungary. The most significant projects implemented by the company include shopping centre Aupark, Apollo Business Centre I and II, City Business Centre I-II, all of them located in the capital. The investment plan, which only ion Slovakia and in the Czech Republic reaches EUR 1.5 billion, is dominated by the multifunctional Twin City project and office complex CBC III-V. After the successful construction of Aupark entertainment and shopping centre in the capital, the company HB Reavis Group decided to build Auparks in other towns in Slovakia and in the Czech Republic. Aupark will be found in Žilina, Košice, Trenčín, Piešťany, Ružomberok, Brno, Ostrava, Hradec Králové and Karviná.
