According to Euromoney Magazine HB Reavis Group is the Best Developer in Slovakia for Year 2009

Bratislava, 24 September 2009 – This week the management of the prestigious British financial magazine Euromoney nominated HB Reavis Slovakia as the “Best developer in Slovakia”. The company was awarded this award as part of the Euromoney Real Estate Awards 2009. Every year Euromoney provides an overview of the best banks, of the providers of financial services and also an overview of the best companies on the real estate market in the world.  “We are very happy that this has been the fourth time when we managed to get this award of the “Best Developer in Slovakia” from such a renowned partner as the Euromoney magazine is. Their awards are internationally recognized appreciation of a quality work” says Roman Karabelli, representative of HB Reavis Slovakia, a.s. “In today’s more and more demanding environment of the global economy the winners of this year’s competition of Euromoney Real Estate Awards are those, who have demonstrated their ability to respond fast, to innovate and to use the strengths of their organization in the best possible way,“ added Clive Horwood, editor of the Euromoney magazine.  The goal of the survey was to determine the companies, which provide the best services in the real estate field. In order to achieve objectivity in the evaluation, quantity and quality analyses have been used, which ranked the companies into categories according to regions or states, according to the type of provided services and according to the actually performed activity regardless of how they define themselves. The developer companies have been defined as those, which generate immovable products. They are a creative driving force for investment opportunities on the real estate market. Although many developers have also their building and financial divisions, they were evaluated purely from the view of their ability to generate a quality investment product. The developers were assessed by commercial and investment banks, consulting companies on the real estate market and by their competitors.
