HB Reavis Group acquires lands nearby Europoint Brno
The Slovak number one developer cements its position on the Czech real estate market

- HB Reavis Group on Wednesday made a deal with City of Brno representatives for exchange and purchase of lands at the Jižní Centrum Brno location. By completing a swap agreement the company gained strategically significant lands having an area of over 17,000 sqm, thereby boosting its position on the Czech real estate market.

”The acquisition of the lands in question is of high importance to us. We understand very well the strategic position and the future development potential offered by the Jižní Centrum location. We are pleased that we have managed to acquire for our investment projects lands outright in the space outside the station of the upcoming rail junction Europoint Brno, including the area beneath the upcoming high rise which is to be a dominant of the city,” explains Roman Karabelli, spokesman of the investor.

HB Reavis Group plans on developing a multi-functional center in the newly-acquired area. The development launch is subject to undertaking the urban infrastructure which is being prepared by the City of Brno.
