The District Court Žilina decided today in the dispute of determining the title to lots at Námestie Ľudovíta Štúra. It dismissed the legal action of Žilina City against Aupark Žilina by its decision in its entirety and thus confirmed validity of the attacked Contract of purchase, and thus also the title of the company for the lot beneath the construction of the Shopping and Entertainment Centre.

“We identify with the decision and arguments of the District Court, which confirmed untouchability of our title to the aggrieved lots by its verdict, explains Roman Karabelli, spokesman of HB Reavis Slovakia.
