COMPANY PROFILE

HB Reavis Group currently manages assets with a value of more than one billion Euros. During the next ten years, the company plans to implement other projects in Slovakia as well as in the Czech Republic that are currently in various stages of preparation, with a total value of two billion Euros. HB Reavis Group offers full-scale services, integrating investment, design, construction, real-estate, administration and consultation activities. It focuses on three types of real-estate development.

Office development
To the present day, HB Reavis Group has implemented the following administrative projects: BBC I-IV, largest office complex in Central and Eastern Europe - Apollo Business Center I and II, City Business Center I-II, Aupark Tower and administrative premises in the Bratislava – Rača Logistic Centre. Since founding the company has been implemented administrative projects with leasable area of more than 230,000 sqm. Other projects are also currently being prepared, including the CBC III-IV, Forum Business Center, Twin City office complex and Aupark Tower Košice.

Retail and Entertainment development
HB Reavis Group is behind the greatest and most successful Slovak shopping center, which is Aupark in Bratislava. In April 2010, was opened his younger brother Aupark in Piešťany.  In the near future, the company also plans to spread the network of Aupark shopping centers to other Slovak and Czech towns. Retail and entertainment will also be significantly represented by the flagship of the HB Reavis Group, which is the multi-functional Twin City in the centre of Bratislava, which will be completed in 2014.

Logistics
HB Reavis Group experienced a successful premiere in this segment in 2005, when it completed the first stage of the Bratislava – Rača Logistic Center. In 2007 was completed second logistics center in Svätý Jur, near to Bratislava. These two projects altogether offer 100,000 m² of leasable area. The largest project is the Eurovalley technological park, which is growing in an area of several hundred hectares in Malacky in Záhorie.
