On September 17, the grand opening of phase I of the Gdański Business Centre developed by HB Reavis took place. The event was attended by a few hundred prestigious guests, including the President of Slovakia Andriej Kiska, Vice-President of Warsaw Michał Olszewski and HB Reavis Group CEO Pavel Trenka, as well as by representatives of the developer, tenants of Gdański Business Center I and business partners of HB Reavis.

HB Reavis signed two new lease agreements for a total of 13,000 sqm of office space. Konstruktorska Business Center gained a new tenant, the global company MoneyGram International, which will occupy the entire sixth floor of over 7,300 sqm. HB Reavis, the leading commercial property developer in Central and Eastern Europe, has closed its inaugural bond transaction in Slovakia by raising EUR 30 million. This brings the total funds raised on capital markets by HB Reavis since November 2013 to over EUR 63 million.

HB Reavis signed a loan contract with Bank Zachodni WBK for EUR 24.975 million to refinance building B in the Gdański Business Center. The complex is located at the junction of Andersa and Inflancka streets in Warsaw, just metres away from the Dworzec Gdański underground station, which makes it one of the most conveniently located office buildings in Warsaw.
