HB Reavis Group (the “Group”) reported a 26% growth in consolidated net profit to EUR 89 million in the year to 31 December 2014 according to its recent annual financial statements. The improvement was a direct result of a strategic decision to increase the share of developments on the Group’s balance sheet, in combination with an enlarged exposure to higher margin projects and markets.

HB Reavis Group has secured a EUR 58 million loan from Bank Pekao S.A. for the refinancing of costs related to the acquisition and construction of its office building at Postępu 14. This development, currently underway in the Warsaw district of Mokotów, will provide the local property market with 34 455 sq m of modern grade A office space. It is on schedule for completion in June.

HB Reavis, an international developer group operating on the Central and Eastern European markets, in Great Britain and Turkey, has signed another lease contract for space in the Gdański Business Center I office complex. KMD, a Danish IT company, is to move into building A in October of this year to occupy nearly 6,200 sq m of space across three storeys. Negotiations were facilitated by the consulting agency DTZ, a global leader in real property services.

The online retailer Agito.pl is relocating its office in Warsaw. In June 2015, it will move into the Gdański Business Center I, an office complex situated in Warsaw’s Muranów district. The new tenant will occupy 2,500 sq m in building A, located immediately by the entrance to the Dworzec Gdański metro station. The scheme developed by HB Reavis Poland has thus reached a commercialization level of 80%. Agito.pl was represented in the negotiations by global real estate adviser Cushman & Wakefield.
