The largest bank in Slovakia signed a loan agreement on refinancing the office complex City Business Center I. and II. in Bratislava that is owned by the real estate investment fund of HB Reavis HBR CE REIF. The total loan amount is EUR 64.5 million and in addition to Slovenská sporiteľňa – the lead manager for the transaction - the Slovak subsidiary of Komerční banka is also participating in this transaction.
