New tenants will move into Gdański Business Center I, taking up a total of over 2,300 sqm. More than 2,000 sqm in Building A will be leased by WebInterpret, a company specializing in e-commerce technologies. HB Reavis Poland, the owner of the development, has also finalized a lease agreement with Solid Logistics, a logistics operator.

HB Reavis Group, the leading commercial property developer in Central and Eastern Europe, announces the sale of its flagship regional shopping centre Aupark Kosice together with the adjacent Aupark Office Tower, located in Slovakia’s second largest city of Kosice, to New Europe Property Investments Plc. (‘NEPI’), a commercial property company listed on the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the regulated market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, for €165 million. The transaction also sees NEPI acquire the former Malinovsky Barracks in the wider city centre area from HB Reavis.

The construction of the new Warszawa Zachodnia Railway Station has been launched. The investment will be located directly by Aleje Jerozolimskie, enabling residents of districts such as Ochota, Włochy and Mokotów easy access to the station. The new railway station will be accompanied by West Station, a new office complex. Both projects are a result of the cooperation of PKP S.A. and the international commercial real estate developer, HB Reavis Group.
